1. How is delivery accomplished?
After you complete the order process and have sent payment, our delivery team will mail the item or gold through the game mail system. Please allow an extra 30 minutes for game system mail delivery.
If you have special requests, for example face-to-face delivery, please make a note while making the order. Our delivery team will log into the appropriate game and contact the character specified on the order form. If our delivery team is unable to make contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided. You may reply to this e-mail to verify the status of your delivery.

2. How long does delivery take?
We can usually send out the ordered item within an hour. Please allow an extra 30 minutes for game system mail delivery.

3. I have been waiting in game for a really long time. How do I confirm my order?

If you have placed an order and have been waiting for more than an hour, first check your contact email to see if we have tried to reach you.

Delivery of the items will be delayed IF:

  1. You did not include a confirmed shipping address. We will wait for you to send us a $0.01 payment with your confirmed shipping address. Delivery will be made once we have received your details.
  2. Your E-check is still not cleared yet. It can take up to a 4 business day for the funds to be cleared. Delivery will be made after payment has cleared.
  3. Insufficient or wrong information is provided. For example, you did not include your in-game character name or you gave the wrong name or wrong server. Delivery can only be made until the right information is given.

It is important that you provide us with a valid email for us to contact you.

4. Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver to any character and server that you are on in game.


5. You have stopped talking to me in game during a delivery. What's wrong?
Please rest assured that if we have stopped communicating with you, it is due to our Internet connection that was disconnected due to some reasons. When this happens, it is impossible for us to contact you or meet you until the connection was resumed. To help you, there is an indicator on our website that will let you know if we are online or not. Simply contact us again when we are back online.

6. It's really important. Can you deliver right now?
If we are online, YES! If we are not online and it is very critical for you to get instant delivery, please contact us first before making your payment. This is to ensure that we can deliver the item when you want it.
